About the role
EY is seeking a Manager in the Service Delivery Center to balance hands-on software engineering with project leadership. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support, while remaining close to code decisions.
You will coordinate delivery across geographically distributed teams, mentor engineers, manage dependencies, and communicate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
