About the role
Adecco is seeking a Service Area Manager to lead and oversee service operations throughout Puerto Rico. The role directs field service activities, coordinates resources, maintains customer relationships, and ensures safety, quality, and financial objectives are met. You will work with field service leadership and technicians to optimize workforce utilization, enhance service performance, and develop the local service organization, including recruitment and training when needed.
