Customer Development Manager Step into a high visibility commercial leadership role where your strategic vision directly drives revenue for world renowned oral, personal and home care powerhouse brands. As our Customer Development Manager, you will take ownership of top tier wholesale partnerships, with a primary spotlight on powering our C&S Wholesale Grocers business. You will manage a full Go-to-market - from managing third party Sales Agency, leading the partnership with wholesalers and its top retailers, setting & executing plans to optimize our commercial fundamentals and collaborating cross-functionally. This role has the potential to work from our NYC Park Avenue HQ or our Rosemont, Illinois Campus. How You Will Drive Growth and ImpactHunter mindset for sustainable growth: Manage a C&S Wholesale and its key regional retailers to consistently exceed volume, market share, and profitability targets. Lead Financial Execution: Maintain full P&L accountability, allocating commercial resources and trade investments to maximize financial return. Master Agency Leadership: Direct and mentor external Sales Agency partners, establishing clear accountability through active feedback and formal performance evaluations. Drive Joint Business Planning: Spearhead collaborative Joint Business Planning sessions with customer leadership to align long term growth roadmaps and deepen brand loyalty. Translate Strategy and insights into Action: Convert overarching Colgate business targets into bespoke, account specific commercial playbooks that win at the shelf level. Streamline Retail Operations: Orchestrate seamless communication channels between Sales Agency teams and third party retail personnel to guarantee flawless in store execution.
