About the role
Job Description:
FORKLIFT OPERATOR – 2ND SHIFT – CHARLOTTE, NCJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Unload and properly store pallets from shuttle trailers Load outbound trailers according to load sheets/BOLsPerform pre- and post-trip forklift inspections Operate a quad-fork forklift Use RF scanners to pull orders Rotate products using FIFO procedures Stack and rotate pallets according to warehouse guidelines Inspect outbound trailers Complete required paperwork and load documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and shuttle departments Follow all company safety procedures REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalent Previous forklift experience Quad-fork forklift experience strongly preferred Forklift certification/experience Experience loading and unloading trailersRF scanner experience Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience Beverage plant experience is a PLUS!Basic computer skills Must be able to understand, speak, and read English Ability to work independently Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in heat, cold, or rain Flexibility to work weekends/holidays when required Dependable transportation and strong attendanceINTERESTED?
