About the role

Mariana Minerals is seeking a Design Manager to lead detail engineering for minerals processing facilities, coordinating internal and external teams, and driving project workflows from detail design through delivery. You will own design quality, manage interfaces, and ensure safety and compliance while building partnerships with vendors and EPC partners. The role requires 7–15+ years in project engineering or EPC/EPCM environments and a strong track record in cross-disciplinary collaboration
