Assembler/Trimmer Position: Assembler/Trimmer Shift Options: 2nd Shift: (2pm - 10:30pm) -OR- 3rd Shift: (10:00pm-6:30am)Shift Days: Monday - Friday (same for both shift time options)
Pay Rate: $19.45-Raise every 3 months (raise amounts & schedule below)

What You'll Do:
In this vital role, you will be responsible for pulling materials, assembling tanks according to detailed specifications, trimming molded products, and inspecting for quality. You will utilize a variety of tools and machinery, performing tests and ensuring every tank meets our strict manufacturing standards. Your efforts will directly impact the safety and durability of the products we deliver.
Required Skills:
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment Strong attention to detail and quality assurance Familiarity with reading engineering drawings, work instructions, and sketches Basic computer skills for accessing work orders and inventory Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with testing and repairing molded products Knowledge of rotomold manufacturing processes Prior experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing roles is a plus
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to work in a physically active role involving lifting and handling materials
