JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: Technical Repair and Support Specialist, CNC MachinesDEPARTMENT: ServicePOSITION SUMMARY: Provides repair services and technical support to team membersESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Provide repair and maintenance work on CNC milling machines, in-house and occasionally on-site.2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC machines and CAD/CAM software or hardwareissues.3. Provide team members with technical support and guidance 4. Other duties as assignedFLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-ExemptREQUIRED TRAVEL: Occasional (about 20%)SUBORDINATE POSITIONS: NoneIMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR’S TITLE: Service ManagerLOCATION: vhf Inc, Hauppauge, NY 11788REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:1. Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical equipment repair 2. Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills are required.3. Ability to work successfully, both independently, as well as part of a team.4. Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS: AND EXPERIENCE:1. Prior CNC and CAD/CAM experience 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 3. Excellent communication skills. Friendly and polite solution-oriented customer service mindset.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES: 1. High School diploma or equivalent 2. Technical degree (vocational school, Associate Degree) or 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area 3.
