About the role

Summary: The Seasonal Support Associate processes incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently while maintaining organized stockroom standards. The role includes receiving, sorting, preparing and processing merchandise, as well as supporting product placement and store presentation.

Responsibilities: Receive and record deliveries; offload, sort and prepare merchandise for processing. Tag and ticket merchandise, and place new products on the selling floor according to floor maps and visual standards. Complete price changes, damages, salvage and return-to-vendor tasks. Maintain an organized, clean and safe stockroom while following operational and asset-protection procedures. Work flexibly around business needs and delivery schedules, and collaborate with team members.

Requirements: No experience required; candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, basic math skills and good organization. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
