About the role

Graphic Packaging International seeks a seasoned supervisor to manage the safe and reliable operations of equipment in the paper machine area of the mill. The role focuses on leading the paper machine team, implementing best practice strategies, and supporting two paper machines. The ideal candidate has 5 years of supervisory experience in the pulp and paper industry, coating and wet end work, with a BS in Engineering. Lean and Six Sigma knowledge are required to drive continuous improvement.
