About the role

The Role:
  • The Group Art Supervisor is a senior creative leader responsible for shaping the voice, ideas, and creative quality of the brands they lead.
  • You'll be a writer, thinker, mentor, presenter, problem-solver, and creative partner. You'll work closely with art directors, strategists, account leaders, medical partners, and clients to turn complicated science and business challenges into simple, powerful ideas.
  • This is still a hands-on creative role. You'll edit. But you'll also make everyone around you better—helping writers sharpen their thinking, teams push beyond the expected, and clients recognize the power of a great idea.
  • Above all, you'll help us create work we're proud to put Moon Rabbit's name on.
  • Lead concept and art development across one or more healthcare brands, from big campaign platforms to individual executions.
  • Create and oversee art for HCP, patient, caregiver, consumer, and other healthcare audiences as appropriate.
  • Translate complex clinical and scientific information into communications that are clear, compelling, memorable, and human.
  • Partner closely with art directors and designers from concept through execution. We believe the best work comes from true creative partnership
  • Present creative work clearly, persuasively, and with conviction.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and become someone they look to for creative and strategic counsel.
  • Participate in brand planning, creative briefs, market research, workshops, new business, and other high-level client conversations.
  • Navigate medical, legal, and regulatory feedback constructively, looking for ways to preserve the power of the idea while maintaining scientific accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop copywriters at multiple levels.
  • Provide clear, thoughtful feedback that makes both the work and the art director stronger.
  • Set a high creative bar while creating an environment where people feel comfortable bringing forward unfinished, unconventional, and ambitious ideas.
  • Partner with creative leadership to identify growth opportunities for team members and provide meaningful career guidance.
  • Help manage workload, priorities, and resources across the copy team.
  • Raise the creative consciousness of the people around you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
