About the role

Clerical EmployeeThe clerical employee provides administrative and office support to ensure the efficient operation of daily business activities. This position performs a variety of clerical duties including data entry, filing, answering phones, document preparation, and customer service while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.Prepare, sort, scan, copy, and distribute documents and correspondence.Process incoming and outgoing mail.Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed.Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other office documents.Maintain office supplies and notify management when inventory needs replenishing.File, organize, and retrieve records and documents.Support multiple departments with administrative tasks as assigned.Maintain confidentiality of company information.Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to learn company-specific software and office equipment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Professional demeanor and dependable attendance.
