About the role
The Senior Sales Director leads Blink’s Business Development Managers and the Channel and Partnerships Manager. You will be an operating leader and player-coach, accountable for strategic account wins, vertical strategy, and the quality of multi-location and OEM deals.
We sell through various verticals. You will set priorities across them, coach your team through complex negotiations, and personally lead the most strategic opportunities.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Lead and Develop the Team
Lead, coach, and develop BD, Enterprise, and Channel professionals, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Coach reps through MSA, multiyear, OEM, and rollout negotiations, and raise the standard for deal structure and executive engagement
Build a bench of vertical specialists with real networks in their markets
Drive Strategy and Deals
Set vertical strategy and priorities across several verticals
Act as executive sponsor and closer on the most strategic accounts and OEM relationships
Run deal review and approvals on pricing, terms, and rollout commitments with Finance and Legal
Forecast accurately and report pipeline, bookings, and risk to SVP Global Sales
Partner Across the Business
Align with the Territory Sales team so signed programs convert into local site wins
Oversee the distributor and wholesaler strategy in partnership with the Channel and Partnerships Manager
Work with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing on vertical requirements, go-to-market, and customer delivery
Bring competitive and market intelligence to Sales leadership and contribute to annual planning and incentive design
What You Bring to the Table:
10+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience, including 5+ years leading teams
Has personally closed and coached complex MSA, multiyear, OEM, or portfolio rollout deals with 6–18 month cycles
Senior-level relationships within various target verticals
Demonstrated results as a leader: team bookings, quota attainment, and retention you can document
Commercial acumen in pricing, deal structuring, contracts, and ROI modeling
Strong forecasting discipline and Salesforce fluency
Ability to lead a distributed, remote team
Willingness to travel
Preferred
EV charging, energy, or infrastructure industry experience
Experience managing channel or distribution partners alongside direct enterprise sales
