In this role, you’ll put your business law expertise to use as you advise clients on matters including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and corporate governance. You’ll foster strong client relationships as you guide them through business transactions with a focus on risk mitigation, due diligence, and tax outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the firm’s long-standing clients as you build your experience on the consulting team. Strong legal writing and project management skills will be key for your success in this role, and you’ll need to maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments that might affect the financial services industry. You’ll work in-office with the team to maximize face-to-face collaboration.
