About the role

Summer Agriculture / Farm Worker, Entry Level (No Experience Needed)Work outdoors with the seasons, picking, planting and harvesting fresh produce.
Schedule: Temporary summer role (roughly June–August). Full-time and part-time hours available, ideal if you're on summer break and want to earn.
What you'll do: Pick, sort and pack fruit, vegetables or crops Plant, weed and help maintain fields or greenhouses Meet daily picking and quality targets Use basic tools and equipment (full training given)Follow food-safety and health & safety standards
What we're looking for: Happy to work outdoors in all weather and do physical work No farming experience needed, we'll show you everything No experience required, we provide full on-the-job training What you'll get: On-site training and supervision Piece-rate and bonus opportunities during harvest Fresh air and a friendly outdoor crew Weekly pay through the summer plus an end-of-season completion bonus.
