Fully Onsite, 5 Days per Week Contract: Initial 6+ Months, Potential to Extend Start: ASAPAn international banking institution is seeking a Loan Administration Officer to support its commercial lending operations. The role will focus on the day-to-day administration and servicing of commercial loans, including documentation, closings, transaction processing, reconciliations, and ongoing portfolio maintenance. Fluency in Chinese and English required
Main Responsibilities:
Review and coordinate commercial loan closing documentation Work with legal counsel and internal teams throughout the closing process Process loan advances, repayments, fees, interest-rate changes, and credit-limit changes Monitor daily loan activity for accuracy and compliance Perform loan and general ledger reconciliations Maintain loan files and supporting documentation Prepare loan portfolio and operational reports Support regulatory and internal policy compliance Assist with loan-system upgrades, enhancements, and UAT testing Fluency in Chinese and English required Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and must not require sponsorship now or in the future.
