Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership across production, maintenance, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement. Qualifications: Experience leading operations within food & beverage, pet food, consumer products, packaging, chemicals, ingredients, or related manufacturing environments. Proven success driving operational improvements and leading large teams. Strong background in continuous improvement, employee development, and plant performance. Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and execute strategic initiatives.
