đš Key Requirements:
⢠3+ years of Quality Assurance / Quality Management experience⢠Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949⢠Strong blueprint reading & GD&T knowledge⢠Experience with FMEA, Process Flow & Control Plans⢠Hands-on experience with Keyence Vision Systems⢠Experience in rubber, plastic or silicone injection molding⢠Strong supplier and customer communication skills⢠Experience managing and collaborating with a small quality teamđŻ Responsibilities:⢠Lead and organize the quality department⢠Develop and maintain quality processes and procedures⢠Manage product quality and customer requirements⢠Communicate with suppliers and customers⢠Maintain quality documentation and control systems⢠Support continuous improvement and manufacturing quality initiativesđ Benefits:â
