Small Picker
Job Summary: Employnet is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Small Picker to join our warehouse team. The Small Picker is responsible for accurately locating, picking, checking, and preparing products for orders while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick small items and products according to customer or production orders. Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to locate and verify merchandise. Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and correct quantities. Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment or distribution. Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and organization of products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures. Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect merchandise to a supervisor. Work effectively with team members and management in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Qualifications: Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or inventory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
