- We are a closed-door Long-Term Care pharmacy seeking a Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry to join our team in Worcester, MA. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy accuracy, structure, and working behind the scenes—no retail environment and no patient-facing counter work.

- Enter and process prescription orders accurately
- Review medication orders for completeness and clarity
- Maintain patient profiles and medication records
- Communicate with pharmacists, nurses, and prescribers as needed
- Support cycle fills, short-cycle fills, and LTC workflows
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- Data entry experience strongly preferredLTC pharmacy experience a plus (retail technicians encouraged to apply)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician registration (or ability to obtain)
