Location: Marco Island, FL Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with rotating Saturdays. Candidates must have the ability to work holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join one of the top appliance and electronics companies in Southwest Florida. This role involves a variety of clerical and administrative responsibilities and requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Our client is a well-established and highly respected member of the local business community and offers an excellent work environment and benefits.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer service calls and resolve questions or concerns Greet clients and customers and direct them to the appropriate department Enter work orders into the system accurately and efficiently Generate sales activity and administrative reports Prepare daily cash deposits Assist with administrative tasks, including completing paperwork, gathering required information, obtaining approvals, and filing documents Update and maintain key information in Excel spreadsheets
