About the Role: Edwin's Landscaping & Tree Experts LLC is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Licensed Tree Sales Lead to join our growing team in Catonsville, MD. Responsibilities: Conduct on-site consultations to assess tree health, hazards, and client needs Generate and present detailed tree service proposals including pruning, removal, and plant health care Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Collaborate with field crews to ensure accurate job scoping and seamless service delivery Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis Stay current on ISA standards, local tree ordinances, and best arboricultural practices Follow up on leads, estimates, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements: ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent tree care license required Proven experience in tree service sales, estimating, or arboricultural consulting Strong knowledge of tree species identification, pruning standards, and removal techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to read and navigate residential and commercial properties safely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Base Salary with Commission on Sales (X%) Performance-based earning potential.
