About the role

Document Control Specialist The Document Control Specialist reports to the Document Control Coordinator and performs duties as assigned by the Coordinator or Document Control Lead to support services and issuing design and vendor data. The Document Control Specialist will process documents through Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), quality check documents to ensure accuracy, log, track and expedite inter-discipline design documents, create and track Transmittals for document deliverables, scan documents as required, distribute documents, fill requests for copies, and perform any other duties as assigned by the Coordinator or assigned Document Control Lead. Responsibilities include having solid communication skills, being a self-motivated professional with a desire to grow personally and professionally, effective planning and organizational skills, the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and recall, the ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, project driven environment, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, Lotus Notes, Documentum, and SharePoint. Previous document control management in Oil & Gas experience is preferred. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
