About the role
To support impactful digital fundraising initiatives, the full-time salaried Digital Fundraising Account Supervisor will manage client relationships, develop engagement strategies, and oversee campaign execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Conceive and implement successful digital fundraising and advocacy strategies in collaboration with clients and colleagues
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, check-in calls, and participation in strategy meetings
Oversee project management and deliverables to ensure client goals are met, while mentoring junior staff and fostering team collaboration
Required qualifications
5-7 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in digital fundraising
Experience managing small-dollar online fundraising programs for non-profits or electoral campaigns
Proven ability to develop cross-channel digital strategies, including email, advertising, and social media
Extensive experience in drafting and editing fundraising content, particularly for emails and landing pages
Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and support the professional development of junior team members
