About the role
Managing a portfolio of complex personal insurance clients, the full-time Farm and Ranch Account Executive will serve as the primary relationship manager for agricultural and equestrian risks, focusing on client satisfaction, placements, renewals, and new business opportunities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of Farm, Ranch & Equine clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Lead the placement and renewal process, including gathering information, marketing accounts, negotiating terms, and preparing proposals
Collaborate with Producers and Growth Leaders to support new business opportunities and ensure smooth transitions into ongoing account management
Required qualifications:
Demonstrated experience servicing and placing Farm, Ranch, and/or Equine insurance accounts
Advanced working knowledge of personal insurance coverage and underwriting
Proven ability to manage and retain a complex book of business
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with agency management systems (Nexsure or comparable)
