Manage the executive’s calendar, including making appointments, creating agendas, and prioritizing and following up on tasks Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary Manage and coordinate travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and expense reports Manage communication with internal and external partners on various projects and tasks Create and maintain Excel reports, while also creating and assisting with presentations Assist with processing invoices and paperwork Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business Organize the team communications and events Qualifications Three to five years’ experience in an administrative role reporting directly to executive management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software and systems The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. Pay Range $55,000 - $65,000
