About the role
EVERSANA is seeking a Field Access Manager (FAM) to act as the primary contact for designated accounts, educating HCPs on access and payer pathways and coordinating hub/sp services to support patient therapy. You will partner across Sales, Market Access and Patient Services to remove barriers and optimize payer processes.
The role requires 10+ years in pharma with payer policy expertise and strong analytical and presentation skills.
