Customer Service SpecialistLHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Tempe, AZ with hiring on a contract to hire basis a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional service to customers. In this role, you will provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and ensure a positive experience using a friendly, empathetic, and professional approach.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding invoice and billing questions.• Provide clear guidance and information while demonstrating patience, professionalism, and strong customer focus.• Utilize available tools, systems, and resources to achieve complete and accurate issue resolution, emphasizing first-contact resolution.• Build and maintain a deep understanding of products, policies, procedures, and technical systems relevant to customer accounts.• Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels, adapting your communication style to each customer's needs.• Meet or exceed established performance targets, including productivity, efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance.Qualifications• 2+ years recent previous customer service or call center experience preferred.• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.• Ability to maintain a calm, customer-first attitude in fast-paced or escalated situations.• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.• Proficiency with computer systems, customer support platforms, and digital communication tools.• Commitment to reliability, teamwork, and meeting performance expectations.
