Assemble coolers, beverage units, cabinets, carts, and other IRP products by following work instructions and using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
Install components such as latches, lids, hardware, casters, graphics, hinges, and wiring depending on the product line.
Apply graphics, decals, and vinyl branding; perform detail cleaning, finishing steps, and final inspections to ensure products meet IRP’s quality standards.
Review work orders, build sheets, and pick lists to understand daily assembly requirements; stage materials and parts; and move finished products to the correct areas for packaging or shipping.
Communicate shortages, quality concerns, or process issues to leads or supervisors.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily goals and cross-train across multiple lines to support production needs.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
