About the role
Solidigm Inc. is seeking a Senior OPC (Optical Proximity Correction) R&D Engineer to lead the development of high‑fidelity patterning solutions for critical memory layers.
You will model and correct optical effects, guide SMO/DFM techniques, and ensure tapeout quality with lithography and process teams. You will drive data collection for OPC verification, optimize mask quality, and mentor engineers in OPC tools and methodologies while collaborating across TD, design rules, and manufacturing
