Winston Salem, NCThe Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting patients in attaining and maintaining maximum function due to chronic illness and/or a debilitating injury. The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recovery process, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal of achieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
- One year prior professional nursing experience in a rehabilitation setting preferredCRRN certification may be required per state/client contract
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicableTB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
