About the role

Catalyx is seeking an experienced Business Development leader to spearhead the growth of our Professional & Managed Services portfolio in the US. This is a senior role, and we are looking for a candidate who brings both hands-on sales experience and the ability to operate at a strategic, relationship-driven level.
Responsibilities: Lead business development efforts focused on professional and managed services across pharma and biotech clients in the US.Build awareness within existing Catalyx client accounts, where we are often known for automation and systems integration but less recognized for our services capabilities. Drive new client acquisition in line with Catalyx’s growth strategy, targeting large pharma hubs in the US.Partner closely with our commercial sales team to position the full breadth of Catalyx’s capabilities. Develop and own senior-level relationships with client stakeholders in manufacturing, packaging, quality, IT, and supply chain functions. Represent Catalyx in industry forums, networks, and conferences, further embedding our profile in the US pharma ecosystem.
Requirements: A substantial network within life sciences/pharma, particularly in the US.Demonstrated success in selling services/people-based solutions (e.g., consulting, outsourcing, managed services, or FSP).Strong business development acumen with a track record of growing accounts and building long-term client partnerships. A strategic mindset combined with hands-on sales execution. Proven ability to navigate large, complex client organizations and influence senior stakeholders. Ambition to step into a leadership role that will be shaped around the right candidate.
