About the role

Machine Loader Hire Dynamics is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Loaders for a manufacturing facility. This is a physically demanding position in a non-climate-controlled environment where employees work directly with industrial drying ovens. Candidates must be comfortable working in extreme heat and humidity and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Schedule 7:00 AM 7:00 PM Swing shift schedule

Primary Responsibilities: Manually load 5? x 4? plywood sheets into industrial dryer machines Work safely around production equipment and drying ovens Perform continuous bending, twisting, lifting, and turning throughout the shift Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Maintain production goals while ensuring quality standards are met Keep work area clean and organized

Job Requirements: Ability to work in an extremely hot and humid warehouse environment Ability to safely lift and maneuver plywood materials repeatedly Must wear all required PPE at all times Must provide and wear your own steel-toe shoes
