About the role
A well-established healthcare technology company is building a new team of sales-focused Expansion Account Executives to drive new revenue within its established customer base. This is a high-volume outbound sales role focused on proactively calling existing customers, identifying additional needs, and closing expansion business. This is an excellent next step for high-performing AEs as well as SDRs and BDRs who are ready to move into their first closing role. We are ideally seeking candidates with 1–3 years of phone-based B2B sales experience who have performed well against measurable sales goals and are ready for more ownership of the sales process. Account Executive Responsibilities Engage existing customers through outbound calls, email, and virtual meetings. Identify opportunities for additional software, services, and technology solutions. Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and challenges. Coordinate product demonstrations with internal product specialists when appropriate. Build proposals, negotiate pricing, and close business. Maintain pipeline activity and accurately forecast opportunities. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Account Executive Requirements 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, inside sales, SDR, BDR, or account executive roles. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and proactive customer outreach. Experience carrying a quota or being measured against performance goals. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. CRM experience preferred. Please send a resume now for consideration
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
