About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Quality Assurance & Engineering Manager to lead enterprise-wide quality strategy, testing practices, automation frameworks, and quality governance. This role will build and mentor a high-performing QA and Quality Engineering team while driving quality across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the enterprise Quality Engineering strategy, roadmap, standards, and KPIs. Lead and develop QA Analysts, Test Engineers, and Automation Engineers. Establish testing governance, quality gates, and best practices across technology teams. Oversee functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance, security, accessibility, and release testing. Drive enterprise test automation initiatives and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications: Prior insurance industry experience, preferably P&C7+ years of QA, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering experience.3+ years of leadership experience managing QA or engineering teams. Strong expertise in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and modern software delivery practices. Experience establishing enterprise testing standards, governance, and automation frameworks. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
