About the role

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to lead automation initiatives in Addison, TX. You will design and commission PLC/DCS/HMI systems, mentor junior engineers, and drive project profitability. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in industrial automation, 2–3 years with Emerson DeltaV, and PM experience on multi-million dollar projects. Travel up to local sites is expected in this full-time, on-site role.
