What You'll Be Doing:

  • You'll provide direct supervision to program staff and make sure services are delivered with excellence.

  • You'll monitor the milieu to ensure every youth's treatment plan is supported with care and consistency.

  • You'll help departments stay connected and collaborate with outside agencies when needed.

  • A bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in a child-caring facility

Requirements: All persons applying for these positions must be willing and able to perform "Safe Crisis Management", a technique used to restrain or transport a resident who has temporarily lost control of their behavior. Maryhurst provides extensive training opportunities for all employees who will have direct contact with the clients.
