The Opportunity:
As an Account Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact in resolving accounts for deceased individuals, working sensitively with estates, attorneys, and family representatives. You will be part of a supportive team that values empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Licensed Debt Collector (or ability to obtain licensure)
Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems
Key Responsibilities:
Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements
Uphold company information security and privacy responsibilities
Accurately document accounts
Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed
Obtain necessary estate information and follow up with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claim filing
