About the role
Baker Andersen Bakery in Great Mall, Milpitas is looking for a full time baker to join our team. Our baker should be a team player that demonstrates leadership, has a sense of urgency, pays close attention to detail, and is able to adapt to production needs of the store.
Schedule: 6am-2:30pm during weekends and 7am-3:30pm during weekdays.
Responsibilities:
Shaping, molding, and baking our Danish breads and pastries within quality standards. Assisting Store Management with preparations and displaying of baked breads in the store including pastry decoration. Assist Store Management with conducting physical inventory of our frozen dough to maintain control of stock level. Maintaining cleanliness of production area, clean racks, baking pans, canvas, refrigerator, and molder. Report immediately to supervisors of any defects. Follow safety rules and proper maintenance to prevent accidents. No experience necessary, however...
Must be 18 years or older. Have a basic understanding of retail work flow. Possess a great work ethic and team player attitude. Be a self-starter with minimum supervision. Strong desire to learn and able to receive constructive feedback. Must have a flexible work schedule and ability to work weekends. Bilingual is a plus.
