About the role

Substitute Health Associate Eligibility: LPN and/or RN licensure is required. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Prior experience in pediatrics, school nursing, generalized nursing, first aid, triage and/or public or mental health is preferred.
Job Description: The substitute health associate will be responsible for providing skilled nursing services, medical treatments, health education, evaluation, health screening services, medication administration, and the maintenance of health records in the absence of the regular health associate.
Wage: The substitute health associate pay rate is $130.00 for a full day and $62.50 for a half day. Application Procedure: Qualified candidates should apply online at www.isd110.org. Orientation: All applicants offered placement on the district's substitute list are required to attend new substitute orientation.
