About the role
Support the in-house legal team on commercial and contract matters for wholesale fuel distribution and fleet fueling operations.
Report to the Deputy General Counsel and work cross-functionally with operations, fuel, logistics, and real estate teams.
Responsibilities:
Process buyout requests and terminations of wholesale customer agreements.
Draft and review correspondence, amendments, consents, notices, and other contract-related materials.
Review and improve standard form agreements such as supply, consignment, and lease templates.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
2-5 years of transactional or corporate legal experience, in-house or at a law firm.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters.
