What You'll Do: Stock & Setup: Stock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware before and during service. Support Bartenders: Anticipate needs, run product, and keep wells ready during peak volume. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar, back bar, and storage areas clean, organized, and sanitized. Glassware: Wash, polish, and restock glassware throughout service. Garnish & Prep: Prepare juices, syrups, and garnishes to spec. Kegs & Deliveries: Change kegs, receive deliveries, and rotate product properly. Opening & Closing: Complete bar opening, closing, and side work checklists. Guest Focused: Assist guests when needed and communicate with the FOH team to deliver seamless service.
