Position Overview: We are currently looking for an Optician specializing in customer service and frame and lens selection to support our optometry team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient experience!
Responsibilities: Knowledge of lens types, frame styles, and industry trends. Strong customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and precision in measurements. Familiarity with vision insurance plans is a plus.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Great attitude with a desire to have fun at work. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
