About the role
Leading a team of 10-15 Account Executives, the full-time Outbound Sales Manager will drive high-volume outbound cold calling efforts to sell Yelp's advertising solutions to small businesses while working remotely from the Western Region of the United States.
Key responsibilities
Coach and support team members to meet or exceed sales KPIs through hands-on training and performance reviews
Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue targets
Facilitate team meetings and sales training to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
Required qualifications
1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment
Experience selling digital products to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and proficiency in Salesforce CRM
Proven success in a cold calling environment with a focus on high activity and quota achievement
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a high school diploma or GED
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a data-driven mindset for performance analysis
