If you are passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial interior construction projects. Budget Management: Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met. Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular project updates. Team Coordination: Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards and client expectations. Risk Management: Identify and address potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure the timely completion of milestones. Leadership & Oversight: Manage and mentor Project Managers while also overseeing select projects directly. QualificationsMinimum of 15 years of experience in commercial interior construction project management. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects in New York City. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software.
