Key Responsibilities:
Review federal, foreign, state and local partnership, corporate and individual tax returns
Assist with federal and state tax audits
Identify tax planning opportunities, credits and solutions arising from tax law changes
Work directly with client management to understand broader business and tax implications
Serve as an engagement manager with responsibility for billing, realization and collections
Build and maintain client relationships through meetings and industry events
Contribute to proposals, sales calls and business development
Supervise and develop associates on engagements
Work directly with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners internally, and Controllers and C-Suite leaders externallyRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Active CPA
Strong technical tax and client‑management skills
