About the role
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Perform interventional pain procedures (for interventional track physicians)
- Conduct outpatient clinic visits including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care
- Manage patient volumes of approximately patients per day
- Work collaboratively with Advanced Practice Providers and clinical staff
- Provide care at satellite clinic locations within approximately one hour of Little Rock
- Develop treatment plans emphasizing non-narcotic pain management and advanced therapies
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following:
- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Anesthesiology
- Family Medicine / Family Practice
- General Surgery
- Full-time position
- Combination of clinic days and procedure days
- Monday Friday schedule (generally no weekends)
- Rotations at satellite clinics within the Central Arkansas region
- Dedicated procedure time available at the practice s outpatient surgery center Skills and Attributes:
- Strong clinical diagnostic skills
- Interest in advanced pain therapies and procedures
- Patient-focused communication style
- Ability to work in a team-based clinical environment
- Strong documentation and EMR proficiency
- Commitment to high-quality patient outcomes
