About the role

Woods Rogers is seeking to hire a Receptionist to support our Norfolk office. The Receptionist assists attorneys and legal staff with scheduling, communication, and other administrative and logistical tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a receptionist or a related role in a law firm or similar professional services environment. This is a part-time, non-exempt, in-office position at our Norfolk office. The anticipated schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM. Required Qualifications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and visitors. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Reliable attendance and punctuality are extremely important. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm or similar professional services environment. Responsibilities Greet and orient clients, visitors, and vendors in person and on the phone. Manage all aspects of the use of conference rooms, including setup, scheduling, and cleaning. Coordinate and schedule meetings and other events. Order office supplies. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
