About the role
Intelli Pro is seeking a US Benefits Analyst to join the Benefits COE team in San Jose, CA. This contract role focuses on healthcare programs, escalations, enrollment readiness, and cross-functional collaboration with vendors and payroll.
You will triage healthcare tickets, support enrollment tooling (bswift/Emma), review communications, and assist with compliance activities under ERISA and federal/state laws. 7+ years of health benefits experience preferred.
