About the role

Anchor Church is seeking a passionate and dependable Children’s Director to lead the ministry from nursery through 5th grade. The role focuses on spiritual care, safety, and discipleship, guiding our Sunday programming and volunteers in a faith-filled environment where kids look forward to coming each week. You will develop and implement gospel-centered curricula, recruit and train volunteers, and partner with families to support faith development at home, including coordinating events like VBS
