About the role
Managing legal advisory and compliance matters, the remote Corporate Attorney will support Uvation's operations in Dubai and Europe by drafting contracts, advising on corporate governance, and ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor agreements and client MSAs/SOWs
Advise on corporate structuring and governance for multi-entity setups across UAE and European jurisdictions
Manage regulatory compliance, including data protection laws and employment regulations across different jurisdictions
Required Qualifications
Law degree and active bar admission/license in UAE and/or a European jurisdiction
Minimum 5-8 years of corporate/commercial legal experience, preferably in-house or with a corporate law firm
Demonstrated experience with cross-border contracts and multi-jurisdictional compliance
Working knowledge of GDPR and UAE data protection frameworks
Experience advising on contractor vs. employee classification issues across jurisdictions
